Depositors' RIB-SIBERIA "pay 6 million Ruble

Deposit Insurance Agency reported attack on March 6, 2008 in insurance loss in respect of the credit organization "ROSINBANK-SIBERIA" JOINT STOCK COMPANY (RIB-SIBERIA "JSC). Due to the fact that the bank is a party to a system of compulsory deposit insurance (№ 411 on the roster banks - participants DIS), each depositor is entitled to receive as soon as possible insurance indemnity provided for the Federal Law of 23 December 2003, № 177 - F3 "On Insurance individual deposits in banks of the Russian Federation ". Insurance reimbursement will be paid to each depositor step on the scale: 100% of all deposits in the bank, not exceeding 100 thousand rubles, plus 90% of the amount exceeding 100 thousand rubles, but no more than 400 thousand roubles in the aggregate, less counter-claims to the bank depositor.

Bank Liquidation Commission within seven days after the license revocation will submit a roster of ASV Bank commitments to investors. According to preliminary data received from the bank, the amount of insurance reimbursement ASV is estimated at 6 million roubles. For payment of insurance compensation, estimated the Agency may request up to 1 thousand people.

To prompt receipt of applications of citizens and possible compensation payments fast on deposits ASV intends to use the bank agent. In term of up to March 17, 2008 the bank agent will be selected on a competitive basis. DIA will send for publication in the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia "and in the local press, as well as deploy DIA official website ad for bank depositors of the place, time, manner and procedure for applying for admission insurance compensation. All set on the roster investors will be informed of the official letter in the mail.
